$350 million extra in aged care budget cuts: LASA

Leading Age Services Australia (LASA) have stated that the recent budget removed an additional $350 million from the aged care sector than was previously thought. The additional funding cuts come from changes to the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI), and would bring the expected funding reduction to over $2 billion over the next four years.
