Sapphire Care’s General Manager – Funding, Stanika Rjazancew, spoke to Telstra Health – Aged, Disability & Community Care (ADCC) about the benefits they have experienced by using the ACFI module in Clinical and Care Management.

“The new ACFI module in Clinical and Care Management has provided us with the transparency to manage ACFI seamlessly and has given us back valuable time. The reporting capability allows us to instantly view all ACFI appraisals that are due for renewal so we never miss a deadline. We can easily see where there could be a potential uplift due to a change in clinical needs captured by care staff on the floor. We also now have an organisation wide view of all ACFI appraisals to effectively manage our funding.”

“By having all our ACFI information within the software, we have streamlined our processes (no more sticky notes or Excel spreadsheets!) saving over 60 hours each month in administration task associated with funding management. We have also gained a level of visibility across all areas of ACFI, which has helped to ensure we are maximising the funding we can receive.” – Stanika Rjazancew, General Manager – Funding
