Aged care certificate broadens to include disability sector

Certificate III in Aged Care has been replaced with a general certificate covering aged care, home and community care, and disability. The Certificate III in Individual Support aims to provide flexibility for workers to move between the aged care and disability sectors, which will in turn benefit providers that offer services in both areas.
