Aged care facilities must notify residents of re-accreditation audit

The Australian Aged Care Quality Agency is reminding all residential aged care facilities that residents and representatives must be told about an impending re-accreditation audit. A written letter about the re-accreditation must be provided to residents and representatives at least 21 days prior to the audit.
