Aged care radio station soothes residents

The Silver Memories radio station – designed for people in residential aged care – has been found to improve the quality of life of residents. An evaluation revealed the radio station was particularly soothing for residents who typically experience distress during ‘sundowning’ hours; between 4pm and 7pm.
