Aged care standards should recognise best practice: report

A report has recommended the government change the aged care quality standards to recognise interpersonal and social aspects of care, and reward best practice. The Australian Aged Care Quality Agency Let’s Talk About Quality report was developed with feedback from care recipients, providers, peak bodies and academics.
