Commission recommends elder abuse training for home care workers
The Victorian Royal Commission into Family Violence has recommended that home care workers undertake family violence training to help identify signs of elder abuse. The Commission stated that front line aged care workers should learn about identifying and responding to elder abuse as part of their certificate training.
