Dementia information and support website launched

Alzheimer’s Australia Vic has launched a dementia support website containing information, resources and expert videos. The website offers tips on how to communicate effectively with people with dementia, and provides information on residential aged care.

    This is sorely needed. Mental health services in the aged care sector are currently drastically under-resourced. This is currently having a drastic effect on the quality of life for people in their retirement years.
