eHealth engagement low in aged care

The take up of My Health Record among residential aged care providers remains relatively low, even within the opt-out trial regions. Peak body Leading Age Services Australia (LASA) commented that government support was needed to assist aged care providers to implement and use the My Health Record system. Telstra Health – Aged, Disability & Community Care’s (ADCC) Clinical, Care and Medication Management software is My Health Record compatible for clients wishing to connect to the system.
