The Maggie Beer Foundation has been awarded a $500,000 Federal Government grant to roll out an online skills-based training program for aged care cooks and chefs. The course will consist of 11 training modules specific to the requirements of aged care and will focus on managing nutritional needs and enhancing the taste and variety of meals delivered.
