Financial statistics revealed for residential aged care sector

The Aged Care Financing Authority (ACFA) have released their financial report for 2015-16, which revealed that the total revenue for residential aged care providers across Australia rose 8.6 per cent, with expenses increasing 8.1 per cent. ACFA found that for-profit and metropolitan providers outperformed not-for-profit and government providers, and those in regional and rural areas.
