Impact of casual care workers revealed

Utilising a high proportion of casual care workers can have a negative impact on permanent staff, a recent residential aged care study has revealed. The study found that permanent care workers experienced higher rates of stress as a result of supervising and educating casual care workers on organisation-specific processes.
