Increase in profitable community care providers

An Aged Care Financing Authority (ACFA) report has revealed that 72 per cent of community care providers experienced a net profit in 2014-15, up by 6 per cent on the previous year. The report found providers that operated more than one service were more likely to show a net profit than those with one service offering.
