My Health Record opt-out period announced

The My Health Record opt-out period has been announced as 16 July to 15 October 2018, enabling Australians to opt-out before their digital health record is automatically created. The Australian Digital Health Agency will be providing additional support to groups that may require more information about My Health Record, such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, people from non-English speaking backgrounds, people with limited digital literacy and those living in rural and remote regions.
