Online resource supporting CALD end-of-life care

The Department of Health has funded a new website on advance care planning for people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds. The resource aims to help aged care workers initiate conversations around end-of-life choices in line with the individual’s religious and cultural preferences.
