Online toolkit improves job quality for aged care workers

An online toolkit has been launched to help aged care providers improve work practices to drive job and care quality. Funded by the Department of Health, the Quality Jobs, Quality Care toolkit contains practical how-to advice, worksheets and case studies that can be downloaded by providers.
