Program introducing CDC to residential aged care

A pilot project that introduced Consumer Directed Care (CDC) principles into residential aged care revealed that residents experienced an increase to their quality of life. The Institute for Health and Ageing created the Resident at the Centre of Care (RCC) Program to educate staff on how to be more resident-centric.
