Report looks at aged care services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people

A report into gaps in the aged care system for older Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people has explored ways to better embed cultural safety in mainstream care, and expand specialist targeted services. The Assuring equity of access and quality outcomes for older Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples: What needs to be done report was released at a Roundtable event at Parliament House.
