Resident feedback takes centre stage in audit process

The Australian Aged Care Quality Agency is launching a consumer experience report that will better enable residents to¬†provide feedback during an accreditation. The report has been designed to include simple, direct questions such as ‘Do staff treat you with respect?’ and ‘Do you feel safe here?’.
