Residential aged care workers take on CDC

A Consumer Directed Care (CDC) pilot training program has helped residential aged care providers implement CDC strategies to improve the overall wellbeing of residents. The program educated nurses, care workers, lifestyle and kitchen staff on how to enable residents to express preferences and make more choices throughout their day.
