Roles key to enhancing quality of life

An industry leader has spoken of the need to create roles for people in residential aged care in order to foster independence and purpose. Dr Mike Rungie spoke at the recent ACSA Summit, and emphasised that finding roles for aged care residents will be essential with the introduction of Consumer Directed Care (CDC).
