Senate inquiry into future of aged care workforce

The Senate will hold an inquiry into the future of the Australian aged care workforce, with a focus on how to attract and retain staff in the long term. It is estimated that by 2050, Australia will require around one million aged care workers to meet the demands of an ageing population.
