Slow take-up of dementia supplement questioned

It has been revealed that the Dementia and Cognition Supplement has only been taken up by one third of the anticipated home care recipients. Alzheimer’s Australia have raised concerns that the requirement to undergo an additional assessment may deter some consumers from applying for the supplement.
