Surveillance devices bring challenges in aged care
Families of aged care residents are increasingly installing surveillance devices in their loved one’s bedrooms, however their may be legal implications. Residential aged care providers are advised to ensure residents have been consulted and understand the privacy impacts of having camera surveillance in their room.
