Tasks bring meaning to residential aged care

Residential aged care providers are looking to the Montessori education approach to encourage residents to take on purpose driven roles. Tasks such as sorting and delivering the mail, gardening, and setting the tables for meals are helping residents maintain their independence and find meaning.
