Three key factors in attracting graduate nurses to aged care

A study has revealed the three key factors that impact whether graduate nurses’ return to residential aged care after completing their placement. The University of Tasmania found that supportive care workers, a positive learning environment, and the opportunity to exchange feedback with clinical mentors were essential in encouraging graduate nurses to return to aged care.
