Understanding of oral health may differ for CALD staff

Research has found that Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) aged care staff may have differing levels of understanding of the dental needs of aged care residents. The study found that many CALD workers were not aware of the need for preventative dental care, and that more training was required.
